Bookings

DAL operates a perpetual booking system.  Once a day/time has been secured this will remain the same until such time as your child moves up a level or a request for a change is made.

DAL reserves the right to cancel, change or condense classes that do not meet minimum numbers.

DAL operates on a 48 week year with lessons not operating for 3-4 weeks over Christmas (generally week of Xmas and 2-3 weeks following) and 1 week over Easter.

Swim lessons continue during April, July and October school holidays.

Each swimmer is entitled to credit their class for two weeks during the year, at any time (in addition to the 3-4 week shutdown) at no charge.  This suspension will credit your account for the missed lesson, to be used at a later date, but cannot be exchanged/used for a monetary refund. (eg: if your account is credited for a suspended lesson and you then stop swimming, a refund will not be issued.)

Credits must be notified to us prior to the class you wish to be credited and will come off the fees for the following month.

No classes will take place on public holidays, therefore no charges will be incurred.

DAL is unable to grant refunds if your child is sick. The exception being severe medical circumstances, which must be approved by the Manager and may require a medical certificate.   (Eg: broken bone)

If a class is cancelled by DAL (eg: due to staff sickness) DAL will endeavour to offer a time to make this class up, if this is not possible a credit will be allocated to your account.

No makeup classes are available at DAL.

No pencil bookings or holds will be taken.

Direct Debits must be set up at time of booking, with the remaining weeks in the month deducted immediately. The next payment will be deducted on the 1st of the next month.

A ONE OFF account setup fee of $10 will also be deducted once your booking has been made. (a separate transaction)
